Acquisitions & Dispositions

The Acquisitions & Dispositions team at Developers Diversified Realty is focused on investing the company's capital in retail real estate investments that will provide the appropriate risk-adjusted return to Developers Diversified's shareholders. The department's functions include the sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence and transaction closing on acquisition opportunities to ensure that they meet the company's investment criteria. Additionally, the department is responsible for the sale of  properties within the portfolio, and instrumental in consummating transactions with various institutional joint venture partners.
