Designed to build future leaders in the organization, this unique rotational program exposes individuals to a variety of departments and opportunities to develop them into well-rounded shopping center industry professionals.
Rotational assignments are based on individual career development goals and the business needs of Developers Diversified Realty. A keen interest in commercial real estate is essential, with a specific decision about career paths coming only after trainees explore a wide range of possibilities.
The program includes rotations in the following departments:
- Anchor Store Redevelopment
- Leasing
- Acquisitions & Dispositions
- Property Management
- Investor Relations
- Joint Venture Relations
Individual mentoring by members of senior management is an essential component of the continued success of this program.
Management Training Program Highlights:

Prerequisites:
The ideal candidate is a college senior who is working toward a four-year college degree, has a career interest in the commercial real estate industry, and possesses excellent communication and analytical skills and outstanding leadership abilities. Must be willing to relocate to the Cleveland, Ohio area shortly after graduation.
