Developers Diversified’s nearly 500 employees in Beachwood work in a three-building campus located in an office park less than a mile from highway access and a 30-minute drive from downtown Cleveland. The headquarters is close to a diverse selection of restaurants and shopping.
The company’s strategic plan for growth enabled us to expand our campus from a one-building headquarters in 1998 to the three-building campus it is today. In fall 2009, Developers Diversified opened its newest headquarters expansion, 3333 Richmond Road. In addition to offering more office space, the building boasts a full-service cafeteria, an auditorium, ample free parking, a wellness center and much more. The company also has a dry cleaning service, makes numerous local discounts available to employees and encourages new ideas for enhancing the workplace.
In 2008 and 2009, Developers Diversified received the NorthCoast 99 award, which acknowledges Northeast Ohio's top workplaces for their efforts in attracting, motivating and retaining top performers.
